For the last twenty years, I have been investing a lot by regularly attending yoga classes. Yoga presented itself to me as the most complete and the most interesting path on spiritual, psychic and physical levels.
In 1997, I went to India in search of a spiritual guide. I spent two years in an Ashram with great masters. I obtained my diploma from the Atma Darshan Yogashram branch of Bhiar School.
In parallel, I also turned myself to techniques of natural healing and I got educated in the arts of naturopathy. The desire to look after the body through alternative medicine came hand in hand with my yoga practice.
In 2001, I founded the Yogacenter. Thanks to the diversity of services offered, it developed itself in a short amount of time. I offer an adapted teaching for the contemporary human being by proposing a wide range of courses for any level and at different hours of the day, so that each person can find some benefit according to their lives.
For a few years, I have been guiding people in their journey to deepen their knowledge, and I have also been giving complete training courses to those who want to become yoga teachers.
Passionate, I combine my knowledge to my experience; I enjoy giving my time and sharing my knowledge with others. I love exchanging and sharing different points of view to deepen the knowledge of yoga, as well as, of course, teaching this discipline in a traditional way.
My philosophy of life is to move forward in my internal progress while managing to pass on a part of my knowledge around me. I try to combine the rigorous lifestyle of the practice of Hatha Yoga with a modern active life.
