Les alumnes del profesorado organizan un festival y enseñarán clases para todos los niveles.

💙 Training with a partner can be one of the best ways to improve your acro skills. 👉🏼 In this exercise, focus on calibrating timing and balance ⚖️
👉🏼 Start with a posture that you are both comfortable with, for example, foot to hand and get creative with different moves like squats that will challenge you both to strengthen grip and stability. 🌈

✨ Practica diferentes entradas a Reverse Star para construir una base sólida.
✨ Descompone la transición practicando el press-up de la base desde Side Star hacia Reverse Star.
✨ La coordinación es clave: la base libera el pie del hombro mientras el flyer presenta la cadera al pie de la base.
✨ Fíjate en el agarre de la mano de la base: debe permitir presión positiva para que el flyer se apoye.
