What's the big deal about Early Bird anyways....well you do save big....and now you don't even need to pay a deposit, just sign up in time to guarantee yourself the early bird rate.

We will take deposits/payments closer to the date when travel becomes more clear. And of course we have a 100% refund policy for Covid related cancellations etc.

What do you do to stay flexible in seemingly unflexible times?

How’s your practice going? Maybe you have a partner to train with:)
Or maybe you are solo...but there are still many things to try to keep improving or to simply maintain your well-being/skills/technique!

Check out this manual video for some inspiration!

Cossack hip protocol....from high kneeling take a lunge forward and out at 45 degrees, shift forward to squat on that front leg as the back leg straightens and rotates out.
*pay attention to your knee tracking as you go forward and keep the back leg active.

Sit the hips down and drop the front knee out to a pigeon position, rotate the pelvis over the front leg, drag the back leg in to the starting position....repeat
That’s 1 half, do both side for reps

We like to use this as warm up or cool down with acro or just on its own for a quick full lower body mobility sequence—we hope you enjoy or at least your hips enjoy:) Feel free to use hands on the ground as much as you need!

If you are super flexy try to not go so low passively, keep your ass a bit higher, muscles engaged!
