I first discovered Acroyoga in 2019 while traveling through Europe. At that time, it was more of a hobby, but after the pandemic in 2021, I started to dive deeper into the practice—attending festivals, training handstands at home, and exploring movement on my own since there were no local communities around me.
Over the past couple of years, I’ve been refining my technique and expanding my practice. I completed the Partner Acrobatics teacher training, which gave me both a solid pedagogical foundation and new technical tools to share. I had already been teaching some classes before the teacher training, but now I feel truly prepared and motivated to share what I’ve learned and to offer dynamic and playful classes for all levels. I’m passionate about creating a space where people can learn, connect, and grow through movement, trust, and play.
