Health and exercise have always been part of her life. She studied osteopathic medicine in Munich between 2014-2018. While studying she started pole dancing and acrobatics when she was 20. Then she began teaching in 2017 after doing several Pole Instructor trainings. After one additional year of sport-osteopathy, she moved back to Allgäu and created her own Pole & Fitnessstudio.
Her work is based on the appreciation of a healthy and trusting community where everyone can develop their own potential with a big dose of fun. She enjoys watching how the body awareness of her students grows.
