Francis Tabin
Bio

Floating around different educations and paths growing up, he gained significant knowledge of math and logic from engineering school, anatomy and physiology from nursing school, biomechanics from physical training, rhythm and performance from music, and art illustration and composition from endless hours of drawing and painting. After taking a yoga class on a dare, he fell in love with the practice and started the journey from super stiff gym rat junkie to a more holistic and balanced individual. His style of teaching involves a purposeful approach, in which emphasis is put that everything done in the practice has a purpose and is directed towards an intention so that it may come to fruition, but without sacrificing fun and still maintaining a calm and supportive air. He utilizes his various knowledge and skills to keep the practice creative and progressive. Francis was trained and certified in Turbodog Yoga by Steve Emmerman and Talya Ring. He is a certified Partner Acrobatics teacher as well as a Licensed Practical Nurse with experience in personal training and resistance training.
