Movement is a core value of mine. I started with martial arts as a kid and then sailed through bouldering, yoga and all kinds of functional training. After many mostly solo sports I ended up with something more partner-like, Acro. I found out pretty soon that acro somehow combines many things like: playfullness, partnership, understanding each other and pursuing health through movement, which are dear to my heart. So I thought why not add one more layer by teaching it. To cooperate in motion with someone else was a challenge for me. I look forward to accompaning others on their way in my classes.
