What to Expect: Discover the thrill of washing machines, flows, pops, and hand-to-hand moves! Our workshops on Saturday and Sunday cater to all skill levels, offering you the flexibility to focus on techniques that resonate with you.

14:00-16:30 – Handstands and Hand to Hand
Unlock the secrets of hand-to-hand (H2H), delve into key handstand actions, and explore various entries and exits. Gain valuable insights on spotting techniques from our experienced instructors.
17:00-19:30 – Flows and Washing Machines
Contrary to popular belief, washing machines and acro flows are far from obsolete! Emily and Gabe, our seasoned instructors, bring creativity to life with inventive sequences and funky footwork.

10:00-12:30 – H2H Pops
Take your hand-to-hand practice to new heights with a variety of L-base pops to regular and reverse H2H. Whether you’re aiming to enhance stability in H2H or exploring alternative progressions, this workshop caters to all levels.
13:30-16:00 – Entries and Exits
Elevate your acro game by mastering unique entrances and exits. Transform any routine with creative flair as you explore new ways to approach and conclude your flows.

Prerequisites
We offer multi-level classes, so you can join with little to a lot of experience. We will challenge you at your level! Basic experience with acro is required, and shoulder stands and star should be part of your practice. Get in touch if you have any doubts!

TRAP is a center for contemporary circus & the art of movement. It is a non-profit association that is promoting contemporary circus, artistry and the performing arts. We are very grateful that they provide a space for us to share Partner Acrobatics during this weekend workshop.

Emily and Gabe have taught together not exclusively but consistently for almost 10 years, they have an amazing eye for details, they overflow with passion and they will make you laugh:)
Emily Baxter cofounded PartnerAcrobatics and runs teacher trainings, intensives and workshops worldwide. Born in Canada and nomadic for the last ten years, Emily happily travels, teaching, learning, laughing, playing. Alongside acro Emily teaches anatomy and works with corrective exercises and functional movement. Emily has always had a passion for movement and body awareness. This coupled with her strong background in anatomy manifests in her teachings as clear, precise, thoughtful instruction. She is known for her never-ending energy and contagious enthusiasm.
Gabe Moves (founder of Barefoot Yoga and Ishine Photography) is an Acrobatics & Yoga instructor, as well as Massage Therapist with more than 15 years of experience. Originally from Austria, Gabe loves to spend his time traveling, learning about other cultures and eating foreign food. With a heart full of humor and arms so long he once managed to hug 5 people at once, he facilitates a wide variety of trainings in Europe. Gabe is well known for his unique and precise way of teaching. His passion for bodywork gives him the opportunity to welcome and embrace people from all walks of life and encourage them to find freedom through movement and touch.

Please fill out the form to register for the acro workshop(s). You can indicate which sessions you would like to participate in and transfer the total amount of the fees by bank transfer or pay in cash upon arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If you cannot join the workshop for whatever reason, let us know and we will refund 70% before April 5th, or 50% between April 5th and April 27th. After that we cannot refund your ticket.
