🤸🏻‍♀️ If you’re training for hand-to-hand, remember to keep your shoulders DIRECTLY OVER YOUR HANDS 📍

Don’t let your shoulders sneak behind your hands 🙅🏻‍♂️ Imagine how that would feel on top of a base... 😳🤪

And trust us, it’s way harder to put on the brakes and stop in place if you’re not stacked from the beginning 🚨

We’re not saying the first variant is wrong, but it’s not training you for hand-to-hand 🤷🏻‍♀️

🤸🏻‍♀️ We’re flying high! ✈️ It’s been 10 incredible days since our Partner Acrobatics Teacher Training program started in Spain! 🇪🇸 we are learning, growing, and thriving in our intensive 4-week program.

💙 From standing acrobatics to handstand training, and from trio tricks to Icarian games. Also we’re also nurturing teaching skills and personal practice.
