Check out these awesome exercises! 💪 1️⃣ Exercise 1: Flyer’s Strength and Base’s Pull Flyer, keep that strong straddle pike while your base pulls on your legs. Looks easy not so easy! 🤸‍♀️💥 2️⃣ Exercise 2: Flyer’s Elevation and Base’s Swing Flyer, maintain that perfect straddle pike as your base gives you a swing with their supportive hands. Bend and extend your legs to increase the momentum. 🚀✨ 3️⃣ Exercise 3: Slow Motion Elegance Base, start pointing slowly while the flyer uses arm motions to open their chest and create a beautiful, slow and long arch. We all know that @elacroyoguier pops super high but something not many people know is how he trains for that. Bases, here is a special selection of exercises for you to get stronger legs. This will enable you to throw very high and precise and, let’s not forget, receive your flyer. Like they say, don’t throw it if you can’t catch it. In acro we need a very smooth reception, right flyers? 😉 Share it with your acro friends and tag us in your highest pops Ps: flyers are welcome to also do this exercises. They will make you jump higher and make it light for your base

Handstands are fun but once you try handstands on a buddy, there is no way back! Trust me, all that you will be able to think while training your handstands, is gonna be on which body parts to try your improved upside-down balancing Don’t get me wrong, this is not for everyone and a third person is required especially in the beginning Jokes aside, grab your spotter and try these handstands on body parts. Hold tight for the next part! #handstand #handstandonpeople #handstandonbodyparts #partneracrobatics #acroyoga #acrobatics #acroduo
