🤸🏻‍♀️ If you’re training for hand-to-hand, remember to keep your shoulders DIRECTLY OVER YOUR HANDS 📍

Don’t let your shoulders sneak behind your hands 🙅🏻‍♂️ Imagine how that would feel on top of a base... 😳🤪

And trust us, it’s way harder to put on the brakes and stop in place if you’re not stacked from the beginning 🚨

We’re not saying the first variant is wrong, but it’s not training you for hand-to-hand 🤷🏻‍♀️

🤸🏻‍♀️ We’re flying high! ✈️ It’s been 10 incredible days since our Partner Acrobatics Teacher Training program started in Spain! 🇪🇸 we are learning, growing, and thriving in our intensive 4-week program.

💙 From standing acrobatics to handstand training, and from trio tricks to Icarian games. Also we’re also nurturing teaching skills and personal practice.

And now, we’re excited to invite YOU to join us for our Open Day ! 🎉👥 Next Saturday, August 17th, from 10am-6pm, our students will be teaching classes for all levels at the stunning Cortijo Casería del Mercado in the heart of Granada Alpujarra, Spain. 🌄
