The Partner Acrobatics team is coming to Copenhagen!
On Friday July 28 and Saturday July 29 you can join the multilevel workshops in the Hans Tavsens Park.
3 international teachers from the team will share their passion for acro with you. You can expect F2F, H2H, washing machines and flows, pops and Icarian and whips. The workshops will be multi-level which means you can choose to work on skills you like and that fit your level.
Content
F2F Friday evening
We will take you into the world of F2F. They will start with how to get in and out, how to fall safely and how to spot. Quickly you will be able to step it up and use pops and Icarian throws with your foot-to-foots. For the advanced acrobats, they will teach you how to add a twist to your F2F practice.
H2H pops Saturday morning
We have a bunch of interesting L-base pops with hand-to-hand and reverse h2h. If you already have a (semi) stable h2h and would like to add something more, this is the workshop for you. For the ones that can do h2h pops with their eyes closed, we will add a level-change! If you don’t have a h2h we will also simultaneously teach other pops or progressions to h2h.
Whips and whip pops Saturday afternoon
They can be dangerous but the can also be safe, we will teach ways to spot more efficiently as a spotter and also techniques as base and flyer as to how you can save a fall/make a safe fall! Whether it’s basics of whips, getting into whip pops or adding height to your whip pops – we have the right drills for you!
Prerequisites
We offer multi-level classes and therefore you can join with little to a lot of experience. We will challenge you on your level!

Cancellation policy
If you cannot join the workshop for whatever reason, let us know and we will refund 70% before July 5th, or 50% between July 5th and July 21st. After that we cannot refund your ticket.
